Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data

What Gets Deleted?

When you delete your SayPaid account, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • All Invoices: All your created invoices, including archived ones
  • Business Profile: Your business name, address, contact information, and logo
  • Account Information: Your authentication credentials and account settings
  • Subscription Data: Your subscription status and payment history records
  • Tax Settings: Any saved tax rates and configurations
  • PDF Files: All generated PDF invoices stored in cloud storage

⚠️ Important Information

  • This action is permanent and cannot be undone
  • You will lose access to all your invoices immediately
  • Any active subscription will be cancelled (no refunds)
  • You cannot recover your data after deletion
  • The same email cannot be used to create a new account for 90 days

Before You Delete

We recommend taking these steps before deleting your account:

  1. Export Your Invoices: Open the app and export any invoices you need to keep as PDF files
  2. Save Your Business Information: Make note of your business profile details if you need them
  3. Cancel Subscriptions: If you have an active subscription, consider canceling it first through Google Play or Apple App Store
  4. Check for Pending Payments: Ensure all your invoices have been paid or delivered to clients

Alternative: Delete Data In-App

You can also delete your account directly from the SayPaid mobile app:

  1. Open the SayPaid app
  2. Go to Settings → Profile tab
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm your decision

Data Deletion Timeline

After you request account deletion:

  • Immediate: Your account is deactivated and you're signed out
  • Within 24 hours: All your data is permanently deleted from our databases
  • Within 7 days: All backups containing your data are purged
  • Within 30 days: All logs and analytics data are cleared
